Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

     • Items must be unused and in original condition.

     • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are not returnable, including:

     • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

     • Personal or sanitary items

     • Hazardous materials

     • Flammable liquids or gases

Other non-refundable items:

     • Gift cards

     • Digital downloads

     • Select personal care or health products

Proof of Purchase

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Do not send the item directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund Conditions

In specific cases, partial refunds may apply, such as:

     • Items showing signs of wear

     • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)

     • Products damaged or missing parts not due to our error

     • Items returned beyond the 30-day window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Haven’t Received Your Refund?

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

     1 Recheck your bank account.

     2 Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post.

     3 Contact your bank for possible processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at info.nayarealty.ae

Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend trackable shipping or insurance for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive the returned item.
